Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The prototype device will contained FCC pre approved, and non pre approved radio modules in a field test setting in Fargo, California, and a to be determined Army base. This prototype is for customer evaluation and development, and continuation of a SDoC or FCC Certification is based on customers satisfaction with the project.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The device is used partly to connect with equipment to offload data to a mesh network, and for long range telematics for military terrain obstacle mapping.
