Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Apium is developing prototype robots using Decawaves DWM1001 ultra-wideband radio modules. These modules are provided by Decawave without any FCC certification although they claim that they are capable of such certification. This STA is requested to allow prototype development to be completed before a certification is pursued for the the system.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Apium is developing a radio network for robots that uses ultra-wideband radios. This STA will allow prototyping and field testing using Decawaves DWM1001.
