Dear Mr Trevino,

The frequencies, powers, necessary bandwidths, emission symbols and tolerances for the Milpitas
antenna and Cupertino antennas have been updated.

The continuing purpose of the experiment is to

1. Determine the over-all performance of a Wi-Max network operating in the 3.4-3.6 GHz band. Products
operating in this band will be sold exclusively for export from the United States, and

2. Aperto is trying to set up Base station antennas in all primary sites listed and CPE, or subscriber, sites
located within
the 25 Km radius to test all possible link conditions between base station and subscriber.

best regards

Tom Cokenias
