FCC Experimental Licence Application EXHBIT 1

Experimentation Description

Amphitech Systems Inc. (DBA ICx Radar Systems), develops radar systems for
various applications including Surface Search Radars for the US Navy, airborne
obstacle awareness radars for helicopters, Detect-See-and-Avoid radar for
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV’s) and now, Amphitech is introducing a new
Perimeter Security Radar to the Homeland Defense market.

Amphitech will be introducing the STS-1400 for sale beginning on the August
2008. In the meantime, with pre-production models, Amphitech would like to visit
various customers in the United States for demonstration and pre-integration
exercises.

Amphitech Systems currently has many demonstrations planned in the US to
various corporations as well as to the US Army and the US Navy.

Amphitech is aware of other companies in the US who make similar radars for
similar purposes. Such radars are generally low power and short range (several
km) so interference should not be an issue.

Amphitech recently applied for and has been approved for a similar mobile
licence in Canada.

The radar sweeps a 360° area, about once per second. The beam is 1.5° x 8°
(wXh, approx). The signal is a linearly swept FMCW with a nominal width of 500
MHz centered at 35.0 GHz; the radiated power is less than 500 mW.

Each demonstration will last from half an hour to several days (continuous or
intermittent).

Should you have any questions or need further information, do not hesitate to
