In order to perform our operation we will need to operate at power levels higher than allowed for ISM.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Supporting oil spill response exercises using UAVs. We are supporting Chevron with oil spill response exercises using UAVs. The use of these radio links is required for Command & Control and Data connections between the ground station and the UAV.
