Altice USA Wireless Inc. requires an STA to conduct wireless CBRS trials with a variety of experimental equipment in the 3.5 GHz band

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Conduct wireless CBRS trials with a variety of experimental equipment. Altice USA Wireless Inc. is working with equipment vendors to conduct CBRS product testing in both indoor and outdoor locations. THe testing will evaluate propagation, capacity and mobility characteristics in the 3650-3700 MHz band.
