Re: Post Grant Request for Extension of Operating Date in Oklahoma
                     City, Oklahoma.

Dear Ms. Dortch:

On June 4, 2011, Alcatel-Lucent received Special Temporary Authority (“STA”), Call
Sign: WE9XYO File Number: 0365-EX-2011, to operate over the 758-768/788-798 MHz band,
which is currently licensed on a nationwide basis to the Public Safety Spectrum Trust and is
unlicensed D block spectrum. Operation is to occur between June 19 – September 1, 2011,
allowing time during that period for setup and testing, demonstrations, and teardown.

Alcatel-Lucent respectfully requests that the Federal Communications Commission grant
a further extension of the STA date until December 1, 2011, as the Oklahoma Department of
Transportation seeks to test and demonstrate public safety broadband Long Term Evolution
(“LTE”) on the trial network until such date.

Should you require any additional information, please contact the undersigned.

                                    Respectfully submitted,

                                    By: ______________________
