Dear Laura,
Sprint has evaluated the request of Comsearch to allow CTIA Exhibitors to temporarily operate within Sprint‘s
licensed frequency spectrum. Sprint has set aside the following frequency pairs 1856.30 MHz for mobile
transmission and 1936.30 MHz for base transmission and 1858.70 MHz for mobile transmission and 1938.70
MHz for base transmission in PCS frequency block A for temporary utilization by CTIA Exhibitors at the
Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, California ("Exhibitor Assigned Frequencies"). CTIA Exhibitors
may utilize the Exhibitor Assigned Frequencies, provided that such use does not cause interference to the Sprint
Network. CTIA Exhibitors will use the Exhibitor Assigned Frequencies for the purpose of demonstration of new
and current equipment or technology offerings. CTIA Exhibitors will obtain all necessary FCC approvals, if any,
to use the frequencies as described herein. Comsearch, on behalf of CTIA, is responsible for frequency
coordination for the CTIA WIRELESS 2007® show.

Attached is a copy of standard operating procedures that CTIA, Comsearch and Sprint have agreed upon to
identify, mitigate and resolve any potential or actual interference issues that may arise during the CTIA
WIRELESS 2007® show ("Standard Operating Procedures"). Comsearch and Sprint shall promptly notify each
other of any allegations of harmful interference, and the Standard Operating Procedures shall be implemented by
Comsearch to resolve and eliminate such interference issues. While it is the responsibility of CTIA Exhibitors to
operate their Equipment within the cell site parameters set forth below, CTIA and Comsearch acknowledges that
it will take timely and appropriate action as outlined in the Standard Operating Proceduresif harmful interference
occurs to Sprint‘s operations or the operations of any other party, as a result of an Exhibitor‘s failure to operate
within the Exhibitor Assigned Frequencies. Such action may include, but is not limited to, changing operating
parameters of interferer or ceasing operation of Exhibitor‘s interfering device. Sprint will not be responsible for
any harmful interference caused by CTIA Exhibitors.

RF transmission on the assigned carrier will be permitted for a period no longer than five (5) days commencing on
Monday October 22, 2007 and ending on Friday October 26, 2007. Comsearch is to notify the following Sprint
employee prior to cell activation: Mark Moore @ (913) 794—1765 or (913) 284—9729.
