Dear Ms. Dortch: On June 4, 2011, Alcatcl—Lucent received Special Temporary Authority ("STA"), Call Sign: WEIXYO File Number: 0365—EX—201 1, to operate over the 758—768/788—798 MHz band, which is currently licensed on a nationwide basis to the Public Safety Spectrum Trust and is unlicensed 13 block spectrum. Operation is to occur between June 19— July 10, 2011, allowing time during that period for setup and testing, demonstrations, and teardown.
