Alcatel-Lucent requests that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) grant an
experimental special temporary authority (Experimental STA) for use of the LTE Band 4
Spectrum.

Our purpose is to perform Over the Air testing of our LTE EnodeB products, in order to
verify the quality of our product before normal distribution to the service providers.

This work is confined to the following parameters: 1. Operation will be confined to the
vicinity of the Murray Hill, NJ Alcatel-Lucent Campus, 600- 700 Mountain Avenue,
Murray Hill, NJ. The equipment will include three base stations located on the Murray
Hill campus. 2. We are requesting authority from the FCC to operate in Band 4 as
specified in the document. Operation will occur from commencement to one year there
after.
