Ben,

Yes, I used the New Orleans application as a “template” but I could not delete the original information.
In the future, I will create a new application. Therefore, this application is only for use in Orlando at the
CTIA trade show. The system will be a CDMA base station that operates within the following bands in
a paired 1.25 MHz channel where the downlink and the uplink are separated by 10 MHz:

Downlink:       463.35 – 467.10 MHz
Uplink:         453.35 – 457.10 MHz

Please note that while we can operate anywhere within this band, the preferred channels are 160, 210
and 260. These 1.25 MHz channels are centered on the following frequencies:

For Channel 160:
TX = 463.975 MHz center frequency (463.35 – 464.60 MHz band)
RX = 453.975 MHz center frequency (453.35 – 454.60 MHz band)

For Channel 210:
TX = 465.225 MHz (464.60 – 465.85 MHz band)
RX = 455.225 MHz (454.60 – 455.85 MHz band)

For Channel 260:
TX = 466.475 MHz (465.85 – 467.10 MHz band)
RX = 456.475MHz (455.85 – 457.10 MHz band)

Also note that we only need one 1.25 MHz paired channel separated by 10 MHZ anywhere within the
Downlink and Uplink as noted above. We can operate anywhere within this band if required and we do
not require a guard band. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.

Thank you for your help and assistance,

Mr. Joseph DeMottie,

Pursuant to your recent STA application filed with the FCC, File No. 0108-EX-ST-2007, do you concur
that the only location that you are planning on demonstrating your product(s) is in Orland, FL and the
second location New Orleans, LA is no longer part of this application?

If that's the case, please concur that the only frequency band that you are planning on using during the
life of the license will be 453.35-457.10 MHz.
