Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is necessary in order to utilize experimental RF video cameras in connection with the indoor production of video for a televised entertainment event at the NFL Super Bowl and related events during the period January 23 through February 3, 2020. Insufficient video bandwidth channels exist in the frequency ranges for which the applicant has an LTTS license and the Miami market is extremely crowded in licensed LTTS bands, especially during the Super Bowl. Exceptionally low transmitter power will be used, entirely within the Hard Rock Stadium. See attached narrative.
