Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is necessary in order to utilize experimental RF video cameras in connection with the production of video for televised entertainment events in the Times Square area of New York City during the period December 27, 2020 through January 1, 2021. Insufficient video bandwidth channels exist in the frequency ranges for which the applicant has an LTTS license and the New York market is extremely crowded in licensed LTTS bands, especially during the period in question. Exceptionally low transmitter power will be used. See attached narrative.
