Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is necessary in order to utilize experimental RF video cameras in connection with the production of video at a Universal Studios back lot in Hollywood, California during the period November 21-23, November 28 to December 2 and December 4 through 7, 2016. Insufficient video bandwidth channels exist in the frequency ranges for which the applicant has an LTTS license and the Los Angeles market is extremely crowded in licensed LTTS bands.
