Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is necessary in order to utilize experimental RF video cameras in connection with the production of video for televised entertainment events at NFL Monday Night Football games during the period September 13, 2021 through January 3, 2022. Insufficient video bandwidth channels exist in the frequency ranges for which the applicant has an LTTS license and the NFL stadiums are extremely crowded in licensed LTTS bands, especially during Monday Night Football games, which are nationally televised. Exceptionally low transmitter power will be used inside the stadium only. See attached narrative.
