Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is necessary in order to utilize experimental RF video cameras in connection with the indoor production of video for televised entertainment events in the Los Angeles area during the period September 10, 2020 through March 9, 2021. Insufficient video bandwidth channels exist in the frequency ranges for which the applicant has an LTTS license and the Los Angeles market is extremely crowded in licensed LTTS bands, especially during the period in question. Exceptionally low transmitter power will be used, entirely within television studios and event venues, where a high degree of attenuation will occur. See attached narrative.
