Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is necessary in order to utilize experimental RF video cameras in connection with the production of video for a televised event at the Santa Monica Airport, Santa Monica, California during the period September 5-15 2017. Insufficient video bandwidth channels exist in the frequency ranges for which the applicant has an LTTS license and the Los Angeles market is extremely crowded in licensed LTTS bands.
