Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is necessary in order to utilize experimental RF video cameras in connection with the production of video for a televised sporting event at the Staples Center, Los Angeles, California during the period February 12-18, 2018. Insufficient video bandwidth channels exist in the frequency ranges for which the applicant has an LTTS license and the Los Angeles market is extremely crowded in licensed LTTS bands. Exceptionally low transmitter power will be used, entirely within the Staples Center. See attached narrative.
