Narrative Statement of Adaptrum, Inc. File Number: 0046-EX-ML-2011 Adaptrum has been an active participant in Docket 04-186 and has previously received Part 5 authorizations for testing is TVBDs near it offices and at FCC. Adaptrum has recently moved from Milpitas CA to nearby San Jose CA. This modification reflects that move. The device demonstrated with comply with all the provisions of 47 CFR §§15.701, 717 with the exception of the database requirements of §711 which requires further action by FCC before an operational database is available. Adaptrum accepts a coordination condition with SBE and will perform such coordination as a condition of operation.
