Narrative Description

On April 15, 2010, the Federal Communications Commission
(FCC) issued an experimental station construction permit and
license for operations as Call Sign WF2XJQ [File No 0141-PL-
2010].

Call Sign WF2XJQ was modified and a replacement
authorization was issued on February 17, 2011 [File No. 0025-ML-
2011]. The modified authorization was renewed [0081-RR-2011] and
is currently valid and will remain valid until April 0f 2013.

The instant modification application does not change any of
the technical parameters of the three-times issued authorization.
The program of experimentation associated with Call Sign WF2XJQ
is proving to be successful and is producing encouraging results.
The instant application does not seek to modify any of the
technical parameters of Call Sign WF2XJQ. Instead, the
modification seeks solely an increase in the number of units
authorized. Such increase is required in order for the program
of experimentation to continue.
