Transmit location is in sparsely inhabited valley located within the mountains approximately 60 km north north west of Idaho National Labs Wireless Test Bed. This location was suggested by Idaho National Labs Wireless Test Bed personnel because of its isolated location, the tall mountains which should help contain signal propagation, and the complete lack of cellular or other known wireless coverage in this area. This area is sparsely inhabited BLM land and INL Wireless Test Bed is coordinating with BLM for land access and INL is facilitating the test and actively coordinating with local spectrum incumbents. Antenna will be temporarily be mounted on a trailer with mast.
