("AWS") and its subsidiaries, along with its interests in affiliates and other entities in which AWS holds substantial interests, to Cingular Wireless Corporation ("Cingular"). In particular, the parties filed the above referenced Form 703 seeking consent to transfer control of AWS, and the experimental authorization it holds, to Cingular.
