("AWS") and its subsidiaries, along with its interests in affiliates and other entities in which AWS holds substantial interests, to Cingular Wireless Corporation ("Cingular"). The parties have designated the application being filed concurrently for the transfer of control of AT&T Wireless PCS, LLC to Cingular as the lead application for the transaction (ULS File No. 0001656065). All exhibits relevant to the transaction are contained in the lead application and are incorporated herein by reference.
