We've amended our application to add the transmit power and the ERP for the requested frequencies.

At this time, AT&T requests that the experimental license allow for 8 fixed base stations. All fixed
base stations will be located at the AT&T Labs in Austin, 9505 Arboretum Blvd, Austin, TX,
Coordinates: NL 30-23-28; WL 97-45-05.

AT&T requests that the experimental license allow for the use of 12 mobile units in each of the
requested spectrum bands.
