Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant requests a six (6) month (from 4/15/2019 to 10/15/2019) experimental license to conduct fixed and mobile tests using various experimental wireless equipment operating in the 3.5 GHz band at addresses provided.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Applicant will conduct testing to evaluate network and product performance prior to production under expected use conditions in an actual performance environment. Applicant’s testing and the expected experimental equipment would support potential fixed wireless applications, including video and data transmissions.
