requested. Applications requesting Special Temporary Authority under Part 5.61 of the FCC‘s
Rules utilizing the scope of authority described by Part 5.3 (f), "Demonstration of equipment to
prospective purchasers by persons engaged in the business of selling radio equipment" cannot be
filed by end users of the equipment. Therefore, this application is dismissed without prejudice.
