Please explain the purpose of operation:
Testing microwave equipment If granted, the experimental license will be used to test the operation of new equipment for non-line-of-sight microwave systems. If successful, this technology will be used by AT&T to provide small cell back haul connections in the AT&T network. These small cell deployments are needed to support the ever increasing demands for mobile bandwidth.
