Part 5, Subpart B, Section 5.55(d) of the Code of Federal Regulations states: "Unless otherwise directed by the Commission, each application for renewal of license shall be filed at least 60 days prior to the expiration date of the license to be renewed". Your current licenses (File Numbers 5415—EX—ML—96, and 3189—EX—R—96), copies of which are enclosed, do not expire until December 1, 1998. Accordingly, your applications are hereby returned to you to be submitted when your current licenses are due to expire.
