Cobbs Federal Communications Commission Equipment Authorization Branch 7435 Oakland Milis Road Columbia, Maryland 21046 Re: Applicant\Grantee‘s Name Change Dear Mr. Cobbs Pursuant to Section 2.934 of the FCC regulations, this is to advise the Equipment Authorization Branch, that effective April 20, 1994 American Telephone and Telegraph Company with the corporate address at One Oak Way Berkeley Heights, New Jersey 07922, has changed its corporate name to AT&T Corp.. The corporate name change was the only change made to the Certificate of Incorporation. The officers and the corporate structure did not change. In addition, we also request that the corporate address be changed to Two Oak Way from One Oak Way. The Applicant\Grantee Code is ASS and the manufacturers code is 93M. Accordingly, effective June 1, 1994, subject to the FCC‘s concurrence, AT&T will use the new corporate name and address on all new FCC Equipment Authorization filings as follows: AT&T Corp. Two Oak Way Berkeley Heights, New Jersey 07922 We will continue to use the existing ASS Applicant\Grantee Code and believe there is no need to change the existing equipment authorizations as a result of this name change. For your information, we have been using the abbreviated "AT&T‘" on the labeling of our products in accordance with the attached January 18, 1990 letter.
