Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The sub-reflector at Roaring Creek, PA needs to be repired. We need to temporarily move the service from RoaringCreek to Lennox #1, WV ( Call sign is WA34 ). We are requesting that the STA be for 6 months. This will allow us to fix the problem and do the necessary testing to insure the system is working properly. We had a battery fire at Lennox # 1 and now need to move the service to ETAM 2 ( KA378) till Lennox #1 is back working.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Temporary use for Navy shipboard C-band communication system while transmitters at Roaring Creek, PA, and Lennox, WV, are repaired.
