AT&T CORP.

Response to FCC Query, Reference Number 3908

AT&T Corp. (AT&T) is utilizing COTS equipment to perform experimental testing as
described in the previously sent attachment (Exhibit2). AT&T may utilize US
Government spectrum (or frequencies) in the future, but testing at this time only involves
commercial radios operating in commercial spectrum.
