  Subject: Experimental License

Mr. Anthony Serafini
 CC
Experimental Bureau
Washington, DC

Dear Mr. Serafini

On June 15, 2005, AT&T was granted an experimental license to operate
in the 1850—1910MHz and 1930—1990MHz PCS bands. We are required by
the license to "prior frequency coordination with 2—GHz microwave
users and consent of PCS licensees to avoid interference". AT&T
engaged Ericsson Frequency Coordination Services along with Comsearch
to coordinate the channels per the license requirements. Comsearch
contacted T—Mobile, Sprint, Cingular, and Verison. The responses
that were received from the service providers were negative. We are
now looking for some suggestions as to how to proceed given that the
service providers are unwilling to assist us in the coordination
process.

You can contact me at my office at 973—236—6915 or my cell phone at
973—727—5564.

Best regards,
Harry Worstell
