        Re. WD2XDQ, File No. 0042-EX-RR-2007

Dear Ms. Dortch:

AT&T Corp . ("AT&T") hereby responds to the comments filed on August 17, 2007
by AFTRCC concerning the above-referenced AT&T application to renew experimental
license WD2XDQ, which authorizes experimental testing activities using various
frequencies, including the band 2385-2390 MHz . 1

AFTRCC states that the band 2385-2390 MHz is designated exclusively for flight test
telemetry and requests that the Commission exclude this band from this authorization.
AT&T has no objection to the modification requested by AFTRCC . AT&T respectfully
requests the Commission to grant the requested license renewal as modified in accordance
with this request.

Please contact the undersigned with any questions .

                                      Respectfully submitted,

                                      James J. R. Talbot
