ARINC Incorporated, Inc. seeks an experimental radio license to support a ground-based
demonstration of a picocell system using GSM handsets.

This demonstration will be taking place at the Andrews Air Force with the cooperation of
personal from the Andrews Air Force Base.

All operations by ARINC will be coordinated and approved by a PCS licensee, prior operation
of the radio system.

Included for your information is the type approval certificate for the transmitting radio that
ARINC would like to use.

Output is specified at the antenna terminals. The external antenna
installation and operating configurations of this transmitter, antenna gain
and cable loss must satisfy MPE categorical Exclusion Requirements of
§2.1091. RF exposure compliance is addressed at the time of licensing, as
required by the responsible FCC Bureau(s), including antenna co-location
requirements of §1.1307 (b) (3). Users and installers must be provided with
antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for
satisfying RF exposure compliance.
