This STA expired on May 1, 2007. ARINC is requesting to continue use of this experimental radio license to support a ground-based demonstration of a Pico cell system using GSM handsets. ARINC seeks to continue the authorization allowing the demonstration of Pico Cell technology at the Andrews Air Force with the cooperation of personal from the Andrews Air Force Base. All operations by ARINC will be coordinated and approved by a PCS licensee, prior operation of the radio system.
