In the matter of power level requirements and the request for additional frequencies per our telephone conversations, examination of near future needs indicate that we can be comfortable with an ERP limit of 4 kW. Considering experimental antenna gains, that powerlevel is entirely possible. Per the latest chart in Part 2 of the Rules, expenatlon on our antenna range has potential | on: 2500—2700, 2900—3100 and 33200 MHz. As requested, two M/L15 VVTB government—only band allocations have been omitted.
