List the public safety entities you are working with and provide a copy of any agreements that you have
with those safety providers.

Will you be using any mobile units? What is the total number of units?

Is Alcatel planning on selling the equipment to public safety users or is the equipment on loan?
Experiments typically involve prototype equipment that is on loan for evaluation and must be retrieved at
the end of testing.
Equipment that does not have FCC approval may not be sold.

Experiments do not have any protection from interference. Please discuss whether you plan to test any
life-critical applications. Please also acknowledge that you understand that you must accept interference
and are
subject to immediate shut down if you cause any interference.
