Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To provide demonstrations to State, Local and Federal Emergency response, disaster recovery and homeland security agencies. The demonstration will take place in the Alcatel-Lucent parking lot building located at 600 Mountain Avenue in Murray Hill, NJ. The radius of operation will not exceed 0.5 miles. The demonstations will only occur intermittently over the 6 month period and the power will not exceed 44dBm. Due to homeland security requirements, various state and federal agencies need to establish communications networks rapidly. These demonstrations will show how quickly and efficiently these communications requirements can be met.
