("APT")— Broadband PCS Experimental Program — Chicago, IL BTA Dear Mr. Lowry: On behalf of Pocket Communnications, Inc, (‘Pocket"), this is in response to your inquiry regarding the proposed experimental test program of APT in the Chicago, IL BTA. We have no objection to the grant of the experimental authority by the ECC for your test program provided that APT supplies Pocket with information consistent with what is needed for the STA filing, coordinates proposed frequencies with Poocket and recognizes that in the event interfcrence occurs during testing, APT must immediately cease operations. Coordination information should include site addresses, latitude, longitude, anternina height AGL, ground elevation AMSL, maximum EIRP (dBm), frequency and testing dates. Such information shall be supplied to Pocket in a timely fashion and no Ister than 30 days prior to commencement oftesting. In the event you have any questions, ploase call me at 202/496—4333.
