("ABCE"), we hereby notify the Federal Communications Commussion ("Commission") that the proforma indirect transfer of control of certain authorizations from Disney Enterprises, Inc. to ABCE was consummated. The applications involved in this transaction ("Applications") are listed below. As indicated in exhibits to the Applications, the Applications sought approval for an internal restructuring that occurred in 2001, prior to the date that the Applications were filed. As a result, ABCE believed that no consummation notice was necessary. However, out of an abundance of caution, ABCE is filing the instant consummation notice to re—confirm that the transaction was consummated. I.
