This STA is needed to support experimental testing of high frequency direction finding test equipment. Testing is designed to validate proof of concept over short duration and is not designed to be continuous use.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing is designed to provide verification and validation testing of direction finding capabilities to determine line of bearing at known frequency, power and distance.
