3g Wireless LLC is filing an STA request to provide terrestrial video links for FOX College Football. 3g Wireless LLC submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. FOX Sports has contracted 3g Wireless LLC to provide the necessary microwave links for RF video paths. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Los Angeles CA area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area 3g Wireless LLC requests the use of a channel in the 1435 - 1525MHz, 2360 - 2390MHz Telemetry Bands
