3g Wireless LLC. is filing an STA request to provide terrestrial video links for the IMSA auto racing. 3g Wireless LLC submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. NASCAR Productions has contracted 3g Wireless LLC to provide the necessary microwave links for RF video paths. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Charlotte NC area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of a channel in the 2200 - 2290 MHz, 2300 – 2360MHz, 3400 – 3460MHz Telemetry Bands.
