Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
3G Wireless, LLC requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequencies centered at 1476MHz, 1516MHz, 2367MHz and 2384MHz with an 17MHz bandwidth on 8/10 until 8/14/2020 and 9/20/2020 until 9/30/2020 with intermittent usage. As explained below, 3GWireless, LLC is filing an STA request for the Live Television Transmission of a David Blaine Special event at Porterville Airport in Porterville, CA and Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ. 3G Wireless, LLC submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. YouTube has contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide the necessary microwave for the Live Transmission of this event. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Porterville, CA and Jersey City, NJ area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional television and news coverage of the special event, 3G Wireless requests the use of channels in the 1468-1524 and 2359-2392 MHz telemetry band. 3G Wireless, LLC certifies that the operation of the requested channels for the purposes specified herein will not cause interference to any established stations.
