Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
3G Wireless, LLC requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequencies centered at 2274MHz, 2284MHz, and 2294MHz with an 8 MHz bandwidth on March 9, 2019 with intermittent usage. As explained below, 3G Wireless, LLC is filing an STA request to provide two In-Car camera systems during the Arca Racing Series race at Five Flags Speedway for Lucas Oil’s presentation of “Arca Racing Series presented by Menard’s”. 3G Wireless, LLC submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Lucas Oil has contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide wireless camera systems to operate within the Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Florida for their telecast. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Pensacola area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area events, 3G Wireless requests the use of these channels.
