Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
3g Wireless LLC is filing an STA request to provide terrestrial video links for FOX / CBS Sports. 3g Wireless LLC submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. FOX and CBS has contracted 3g Wireless LLC to provide the necessary Camera Control links for the RF camera video paths. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the U.S. Metropolitan Football Stadium areas, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area 3g Wireless LLC requests the use of a channel in the 410.000MHz - 412.000MHz Telemetry Bands.
Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
3g Wireless LLC hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 410.000MHz - 412.000MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s Rules. 3g Wireless LLC would submit for frequencies centered on 412.0375MHz and 410.500MHz with a 12.5KHz bandwidth from December 25, 2020 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on February 8, 2021.
