Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
3g Wireless LLC is filing an STA request to provide terrestrial video links for NBC Coverage of Cold Play Concert. 3g Wireless LLC submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. NBC Entertainment has contracted 3g Wireless LLC to provide the necessary microwave links for RF video paths. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Seattle WA area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area 3g Wireless LLC requests the use of a channel in the 1435 - 1525MHz, 2360 - 2390MHz Telemetry Bands.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  3g Wireless LLC hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 1435 - 1525MHz and 2360 - 2390MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s Rules. 3g Wireless LLC would submit for frequencies centered on 2364.000MHz, 2373.000MHz, 2382.000MHz, 2391.000MHz with a 8MHz BW from October 21, 2021 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on October 22, 2021.
