Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
3G Wireless, LLC is filing an STA request for the live video link to cover the Kobe Bryant tribute at the Staples Center CA. 3G Wireless submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. ESPN has contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide the necessary microwave Link for the Kobe Bryant Tribute during the Portland vs LA Lakers NBA game. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the los Angeles area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of the special event, 3G Wireless, LLC requests the use of channels in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  3G Wireless, LLC is filing an STA request for the live video link to cover the Kobe Bryant tribute at the Staples Center, CA. 3G Wireless, LLC hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Bands pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s Rules. 3G Wireless, LLC requests that the Commission grant it special temporary authority to operate on frequencies centered on 2378MHz with 8MHz wide band width from January 31, 2020 through February 1, 2020 with intermittent usage.
