            I am writing to advise you tbat we arc invdgating the questions posed in the June 1,2009
        letter from Chris M a y , General Counsel of the American Radio Relay League, Incorporated
        (ARRL), concerning the recent grant to 3M of the above-referenced Experimental Authorization.
        However, because the relevant pasonnel at 3M arc out of pocket, the undersigned counsel has
        been d l e to gather the newsmy information to prepare the response. C o w e l is therefore
        resetting the anticipated response time to June 19,2009, and requests the Commission's consent
        to the extent deemed necessary. The undersigned has contacted ARRL's General Counsel, who
        has indicated that the new timetable is acceptable.
