Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Fox News has contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide wireless camera systems to operate within four Universities throughout the continental United States for their coverage of the impending Presidential Debates. Due to the extreme frequency congestion throughout the United States, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area events, 3G Wireless requests the use of these channels.
Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
To enhance coverage of the events by providing on the spot pictures and camera control from mobile locations that would not otherwise be available to the production company.
